RESERVATION CONDITIONS.
The reservation is confirmed by a 70% non-refundable deposit, collected upon reservation at least one month before arrival at the premises.
The 30% non-refundable balance is due 4 weeks before entering the rental, in the event of cancellation of the stay by the tenant the entire amount paid remains with the owner.
Postponements can be made in the event of illness, and hospitalization with medical certificate.
Tourist tax: €0.87 per person per night.
We accept checks, cash, money orders, but not credit cards or transfers which are not secure.
