The Bergerie du Miravidi is located on the route of the “greenway” it is possible to go to the Sheepfold by bike.

La Bergerie is located 2. 7 km from Bourg Saint Maurice and its amenities, it is quiet on the edge of the forest, near the river, the bike path, “greenway”, and the area of ?? paragliding landing along the Isère.
This “mountain greenway” allows to go from the sheepfold safely, to the international base of white water where is the kayak stadium.
The whitewater activities are in the spotlight with rafting, kayaking, hydro speed … the Isère indeed offers Bourg Saint Maurice one of the most beautiful canoe kayak basins in the world.
Paragliding gives the opportunity to contemplate from above the Italian side, the chain of Mont Blanc and its Grandes Jorasses, and to cross with respect the Lammergeier and the Royal Eagle.
If you like horse riding, this is one of the best ways to discover the mountain, being one with our horses friends, who will whisper in your ear that life is beautiful!
It is possible from the Bergerie to climb the passes of Iseran, Petit Saint Bernard, and Roseland.
At the end of the summer, the fields of blueberries and raspberries color and embalm the mountain.
At the beginning of autumn, the flamboyant colors of the larches are exceptional.
We return crops from the fields, and orchards, we dry the herbs for herbal teas.
Then slowly winter puts on its white coat, and snowshoeing is for you.
The bike path becomes a pleasant cross-country ski trail along the Isère.
The resorts open their ski areas.
Sled dogs take you on side roads.
The horses are harnessed to the skiers, and we discover the ski joering.
The arrival of spring signs the procession of colorful mountain flowers, melting snow inflates the flow of torrents, and gives way to summer.
Life flows quietly in our beautiful mountains of Tarentaise, it is good to live for each of us in these places blessed by nature!
Architecture is not left out either, the exceptional qualities of the soil have favored over time, the constitution of a heritage without equal.
The innumerable villages at the foot of the glaciers still reflect a rural civilization. Today there are many old farms in operation, as well as artisan workshops and old mines.
Thermal baths, 30 minutes drive, develop in Bride les Bains from 1824, this thermal water has a salinity close to seawater that promotes lift, reduces pain, improves joint mobility and problems of overweight.
