BOOKING CONDITIONS.

The reservation is confirmed by a non-refundable 70% deposit, collected at the time of booking at least one month prior to arrival.

The remaining 30%, also non-refundable, is due 5 weeks before arrival.

In the event of cancellation by the tenant, the full amount paid remains with the
owner.

In case of illness or hospitalization, we can reschedule the stay, except for Booking.com customers who have a non-refundable contract with the platform.

For reservations made less than one month in advance, the total amount of the stay is required at the time of booking.

Tourist tax: €0.87 per person per night, included in the price.

We accept checks and cash, but not credit cards or

bank transfers, which are not secure.

Checks are cashed at least one month prior to arrival (this allows time for banks to verify the validity of the checks).

Any broken items must be reported. We require our guests to have comprehensive insurance coverage.

To ensure a personalized welcome, we receive guests by appointment,
in half-hour increments between 4:00 PM and 9:30 PM. Please inform us of your arrival time the day before.

Check-out is before 11:30 AM.

All towels are provided.

La Bergerie du Miravidi does not provide slippers; please bring your own.

Pets are not permitted, except in exceptional circumstances in the Forest Room upon request and prior arrangement.
