BOOKING CONDITIONS.

The reservation is confirmed by a 70% non-refundable deposit,
collected upon booking at least one month prior to arrival.

The remaining 30% non-refundable deposit is due 5 weeks before the rental begins.

In the event of cancellation by the tenant, the full amount paid remains with the owner.

For reservations of less than one month’s duration, the full amount of the stay is required at the time of booking.

Tourist tax: €0.87 per person per night, included in the rate.

We accept checks and cash, but not credit cards or bank transfers, which are not secure.

Checks are cashed at least one month before arrival (this is a delay for banks to determine if checks are solvent).

Any broken item must be reported. We require our guests to have “fully comprehensive” insurance.

To offer you a personalized welcome, we welcome you by appointment, every half hour, between 4:00 p.m. and 9:30 p.m. We ask that you notify us of your arrival time the day before your arrival.

Checkout is before 11:30 a.m.

All bathroom linens are provided.

La Bergerie du Miravidi does not provide slippers; please bring your own.

Pets are not allowed, except in exceptional cases, in the Forestière room upon request and prior agreement.

We recommend taking out cancellation insurance of your choice.

We do not offer refunds or postponements.
