BOOKING CONDITIONS.

The reservation is confirmed by a 70% non-refundable deposit, collected upon booking at least one month prior to arrival.

The remaining 30% non-refundable deposit is due 5 weeks before moving into the rental. In the event of cancellation by the tenant, the entire amount paid remains the property of the owner.

Deferrals may be made in cases of illness or hospitalization with a medical certificate.

Tourist tax: €0.87 per person per night.

We accept checks and cash, but not credit cards or bank transfers, which are not secure.

Checks are cashed at least one month before arrival (this is a time limit for banks to determine if checks are solvent).

Any broken item must be reported. We require our guests to be fully insured.

To offer you a personalized welcome, we welcome you by appointment, every half hour, between 4:00 p.m. and 9:30 p.m. We ask that you notify us of your arrival time the day before your arrival.

Checkout is before 11:30 a.m.

All bathroom linens are provided.

La Bergerie du Miravidi does not provide slippers, so please bring your own.

Pets are not allowed, except in exceptional circumstances, in the Forest Room upon request and prior arrangement.
